…My wife and I recorded the Super Bowl last night.  We did it specifically so we could watch the commercials (I really had no interest in the football game this year…!).  I have to say that I was disappointed.  There were some good ones, but nothing that really grabbed me this time.  Kinda disappointing…

Oh well, there’s always next year.

   I didn’t even watch the game. In fact, I woke up Monday morning and saw the headline about the game in my news aggregator and I said, “Oh yeah, there was a football game yesterday.”

   But I did go and watch the ads online. They were pretty janky. ButI kind of liked the Emerald Nuts ad about “Robert Goulet appearing and messing with your stuff”. That appealed to my sense of weird.

   I kinda liked the NetFlix commercial. That was the one with the rabbit using a mouse as a computer…mouse. Pretty funny. The Emerald Nuts one was pretty good, but for me it was out of the blue. I guess that’s what made it funny…
